Ordered 3 gold frames. The frames are wonderful. Unfortunately the plastic sheet proctcting the picture has protective film on each side and on one of the plastic sheets the company sticker that says something like "remove protective film on each side" is stuck to the plastic. There was either no protective layer on that side or it is nearly impossible to get off. So i have a sticker stuck to the plastic and therefore showing on the picture. I have sumbitted a request for a new plastic peice but have not heard a response yet.

I have been using FrameWorks for quite some time and will continue to use them as long as they provide great quality frames at a reasonable price. I can’t comment on service too much as I haven’t had much contact with them but when I have, they are very responsive and helpful. I will be ordering more in the future.

The artwork my sister got me are finally in these frames, I am very happy! It all looks incredibly chic and elegant in these unique frames.

These frames are just as described. Very good quality and real glass. I've bought many frames that say real glass, only to find out that it is plastic/plexi. When these arrived, I opened the boxes and was very pleased. I look forward to getting some black frames in the near future as well.

Good frame excellent price fast shipping.

Onboxing these was a joy! The quality is excellent. Well-constructed,perfect corners, great color consistency making for a very visually appealing product. These are deep too, measuring about 1.5 inches. Competitor shadow boxes are closer to 1 inch, so lots of room.
