Onboxing these was a joy! The quality is excellent. Well-constructed,perfect corners, great color consistency making for a very visually appealing product. These are deep too, measuring about 1.5 inches. Competitor shadow boxes are closer to 1 inch, so lots of room.

Frames are simple and modern looking; glass fronts; well constructed. And very reasonably priced. I searched locally and on-line for fairly priced glass frames before buying these. They dome with picture mats, which was unclear in their ads.

I ordered a 16x20 aluminum frame. I was satisfied with the packaging for shipping, however during shipping the the box was damaged causing a bend in the frame. I emailed Frameworks customer service with a copy of my invoice and a picture of the damage. No questions asked, a new frame was shipped immediately; I received it in good shape.
